How does one add to the excellent service you and the staff already give. Your dental office is very pleasnat making the appointment extremely calming from the moment one enters. The front desk staff are friendly even if one is a first time client. My experience has been nothing but good, no excellent. How many times do we run into receptionist, dental staff, and the dentist being unfriendly, uncaring, unprofessional, NEVER. I arrive with a “Hi Mrs. H, how are you? We’ve missed you. There is calmness and there is sometimes good hearty laughter even while someone is poking at you. I won’t go anywhere else. My association with Mission Trails Denistry started in the late 80′s. Dr. Ross and his wife had just had their first child. Why do I keep coming back? Because of Dr. Ross and his wonderful staff. – Margorie H.
